Friends - Test Pressing

ELTON JOHN Friends (Rare Test Pressing for the 1971 US 10-track LP, featuring the music from the soundtrack to the Lewis Gilbert movie, written by Elton John & Bernie Taupin. The labels are plain white & annotated both sides with just the artist & album title. The label catalogue & matrix detail is hand etched in the run-offs along with the '2-10-71' release date. This rarity is complete with the wraparound proof sleeve artwork. The cover has some inevitable ring wear & a little discolouring due to its matte finish but try to find another one! The vinyl grades VG- with multiple paper scuffs & the odd faint scratch; having been professionally cleaned, there is little lessening in sound quality & only mild background surface is occasionally audible by faint cosmetic wear.
