Limited to 2500 numbered copies worldwide [this copy is #1294], fewer copies were actually soldas the book was withdrawn following George's passing. Includes an exclusive 4-track CD of unreleased recordings - all housed in a deluxe embossed buckram solander box). The box shows munimal wear whilst all contents are 'as new')
