A FEW OF THE MOST RECENT ITEMS WE WANT...

PINK FLOYD The Dark Side Of The Moon (Ultra rare 1973 UK first pressing 10-track LP with SOLID PRISM labels with silver lettering, Gramophone Co. perimeter text, complete with black poly lined inner, classic gatefold picture sleeve, which differs from later issues in that it has a single right-side pocket opening only and displays a distinct green colour tinge unlike the jet black print of later issues. This has A2/B2 matrices and has the well known pressing faults SHVL804)
Please see Tracklisting/Additional Information for more details....

Tracklisting: Pressing Information From the Pink Floyd Archives: Pressings that use A-2 / B-2 lacquers have minor sound quality issues, particularly during the song, Money. Some copies also have a skip pressed into the grooves during the song. Such issues were corrected with the A-3 / B-3 cuttings, with the exception of the peak level distortion during the clocks at the beginning of the song Time (the MFSL UHQR LP is the only vinyl pressing without such distortion). Copies of the Dark Side of the Moon LP with solid blue triangle labels without any stamper or mother numbers in the matrix are not U.K. releases (they are likely from Denmark). All U.K. EMI releases will have some sort of stamping code in the matrix. Condition The sleeve as mentioned above is the early version with just the back section of the gatefold open. These sleeves have a noticable slight green tinge. The inner left logo text is in blue. This copy shows just a little light general shelfwear with a bit of edge scuffing & a small amount of creasing at the opening and remains in very acceptable condition. The inner is the correct black poly lined variety that appeared on both the first & second issues. The stickers & posters are not present and probably adorned some wall or other in the early seventies. However, these are not crucial components and can actually be replaced fairly easily and cheaply as the second issue sleeve & accessories are identical. The vinyl has obviously been played but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, with only a few minor surface scuffs & hairlines visible. Overall a very good example of this now very sought after pressing. These do not come up for sale very often, and this copy is available at a very advantageous price. Got the stickers and posters ? Well, Congratulations, you've just saved yourself £200 ! Tracklisting 01. Speak To Me 02. Breathe 03. On The Run 04. Time 05. The Great Gig In The Sky 06. Money 07. Us And Them 08. Any Colour You Like 09. Brain Damage 10. Eclipse
ANGLAGARD Hybris (Monster rare 1992 Norwegian 4-track vinyl LP released by the record label Colours with a Yellow & Black label design. The debut album from the Swedish progressive rock band, featuring influences from King Crimson, Genesis, Gentle Giant, Trettioåriga Kriget, Schicke Führs Fröhling and Van der Graaf Generator. This became one of the most influential albums of the new wave of progressive rock in the '90s. It begins with the track 'Jordrök' (which means earth-smoke), theonly fully instrumental piece on the album, with a length of just over eleven minutes long; housed in a matt gatefold picture sleeve with a booklet with lyrics and liner notes and an additional sheet with more liner notes. Apart from a very light crease in the top right corner, the sleeve remains in an outstanding condition, the insert show little signs of age, and the vinyl remains in a 'near as new' condition. An amazing example of this hard to find pressing COSLP013)

CHUCK BERRY Chuck Berry In London (Scarce original 1965 UK 14-track MONO vinyl LP on the black & gold Chess label, including eight tracks which were recorded in London with the UK R&B group The 5 Dimensions in January 1965 along with additional tracks recorded in Chicago in December 1964 with the Jules Blattner Group plus 'Night Beat' which was left over from a 1957 session. The front-laminated flipback picture sleeve shows very little wear, just some age discolouration to the unlaminated back while the vinyl has some spindle wear and the playing surface appears in Excellent condition with a few faint hairlines not affecting play. This is only the SECOND copy of the UK pressing that we've ever seen! CRL4005)
