| VELVET UNDERGROUND The Velvet Underground & Nico (1971
UK issue of the classic 1967 11-track stereo LP on the blue &
gold 'yin-yang' MGM label, housed in a US manufactured
gatefold pasted picture sleeve with peelable banana on the
front & thecustom made UK catalogue number sticker on the
back. Unpeeled examples of the Andy Warhol sleeve are in
demand & this is a great example. The banana shows creases
that indicates it has been partially unpeeled in the past, then
put back in place #Top 500 Greatest Albums Of All Time. The sleeve shows ringwear with a 4" seam
split to the top seam and 2" split to the bottom. The vinyl
appears barely played and is graded as a high-end Excellent) |
