[1962-70] (Limited Edition 2004 US TEN CD Box Set, the first
comprehensive set constructing a monument in sound to
Ayler, including his previously unheard first & last recordings
bookending sessions from every stage of his career. The
bonus disc features Ayler as a member of the U.S
Army Band & is housed in its own custom printed wallet. All
discs are housed in a lavish 'Spirit Box' cast from the
handcarved original, complete with a 208-page full colour
hardbound book containing extensive essays, previously
unpublished photos & family memorabilia, artist testimonials
& an exhaustive chronology of his performance activities.
Comes complete with a picture insert of Ayler with saxophone
from his youth, a photostat of a handwritten note from a
Copenhagen hotel, a reprinted copy of a Slugs flyer which
includes a listing for a week of Ayler's quintet, a reprinted
1965 pamphlet by the late poet Paul Haines entitled
Ayler-Peacock-Murray-You & The Night & The Music, a
reprinted newsletter from 1969 by Jihad Productions with
excerpts about Ayler plus a dried flower! Complete with the

after triple platinum selling second studio album by the American
alternative metal band; ranked eighteen on Rolling Stone Magazine's
'The 100 Greatest Metal Albums of All Time'.Includes the singles
'Stinkfist', 'H' and 'Forty Six & 2'. Gatefold picture sleeve with BMG
logo on the reverse. Includes printed Bill Hicks and photo/eye artwork
inners. The sleeve has a crease to the back top left corner and shows
some general light scuffing, with a tiny abrasion on the opening edge.
There is also some minor creasing present on the inside of the
gatefold. One of the inners shows a very minor tear [left of the
eyeball] but is free of any seam splitting. The vinyl are Very Good to
Excellent with just a handful of cosmetic paper hairlines. An exciting
rarity and the first copy we've seen in two decades!)
