Vinyl Edition 2018 UK/EU limited edition box set of the
legendary 1973 live performance at Madison Square Garden
remastered and pressed on four 180-gram black vinyl
records. Originallyreleased in 1976, these remastered
recordings capture the band during their three-night stint at
New York's Madison Square Gardens on 27th to 29th July
1973, newly expanded with 6 additional tracks which did not
appear on the original release.Complete with a 28-page
booklet featuring photos of the band, stills from the film and
an essay by Cameron Crowe. Housed inside a lift-off lid
picture box with silver-foil titles, hype sticker & factory
sealed!)
Tracklisting: Led Zeppelin's The Song Remains The Same is the soundtrack to the legendary concert film of the same name, which was released in 1976. The performances in the film were recorded July 27-29, 1973 at Madison Square Garden during the band's tour for its then-current studio album, Houses Of The Holy.
Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page personally oversaw the remastering of this new edition. Here it is remastered and expanded with six additional historic song performances on a deluxe 4LP reissue featuring liner notes by Cameron Crowe. On the 4LP set, Page has changed the track sequence, allowing the 29-minute version of "Dazed And Confused" to appear in full on one side of vinyl for the very first time.
