fourth album recorded from 1997 to 1998 and originally
released on August 25th 1998 - Smith's first solo album on a
major recordlabel. With a major label budget for this, Smith
was able to craft a fully realized masterpiece, fulfilling the
promise of previous releases. Featuring the singles Waltz #2
