Features the album artwork being held by a ladies hand, the arm is coming out of a multi-coloured paint pot with five other pots of paint all housed in a white suitcase with a pink painted effect background. At the top is a yellow painted effect area with 'The Tourist' text in black, at the bottom under the picture on the pink area is the black text 'A Holiday On Vinyl!
