NIRVANA Local Anaesthetic (Rare original 1971 German Vertigo 'spiral' label 2-track vinyl LP, housed in a gatefold picture sleeve. The fourth album to be issued under the Nirvana name and the first post-Island outing, this heavily jazz-influencedrelease was essentially the work of a solo Patrick Campbell-Lyons. The sleeve on this copy shows some light wear to the edges and spine and has split slightly along the top edge, hence the advantageous price.
