BARBARA MCNAIR The Real Barbara McNair (1969 US promotional 12-track stereo LP on a custom black on white Motown label with 'Audition Copy - Not For Sale' print. Rarely is this album found or spoken about anymore but WOW, playback reveals one of the finest voices in the Soul business, it's a great shame Barbara's name is not more widely known. Comes complete with the original pasted sleeve with a close-up Playboy photo on the front & a 'Disc Jockey Copy' stamp on the back. Thesleeve [VG] has a few splits around the edges, including the spine, so often the way with US jackets of this vintage. The vinyl grades VG+ with some light marks not affecting play.
