The line-up included Bernard Cribbins, David Frost,Roger Moore, Sid James, Sandie Shaw and others all hosted by Mike & Bernie Winters. This copy comes with two 3½" x 2½" sheets of notepaper signed by Michael Caine and Jackie Trent [featured in the programme], which were obtained by the previous owner at the event and stored along with the programme ever since.
