TONY CROMBIE & HIS FRIENDS Whole Lotta Tony (Rare Brit-Jazz 1961 UK 12-track mono LP on a rough textured red & gold Ember label in the Flamingo Jazz series, recorded in London in August that year with a formidable class of Britain's cream of the crop; Harold McNair on alto sax & flute, Gordon Beck on piano & harpsichord, Tommy Whittle & Bobby Wellins alternating on tenor sax, Malcolm Cecil on bass & Tony on the sticks. Includes some great song titles like Gut Bucket, Flute Salad, Brazilia & The Gang-Busters! The front laminated flipback picture sleeve is a nice off white with no writing & just a few small chips to the laminate at the edge.
