I'm Not Sayin' was the first original single release by Andrew Loog Oldham's Immediate Records in August 1965. Written by Gordon Lightfoot and produced by Oldham, the song features a haunting vocal by Nico, backed by beautiful orchestration arranged & conducted by David Whittaker with The Rolling Stones' Brian Jones on guitar with Jimmy Page.
