The book is fully bound in leather, with Lou and Mick's Transformer image is recreated by hand on the cover of this craft-bound book in black, white and gold foil detailing, with matt art paper and tracing paper leaves, and matching gold page edging. Signed and hand numbered inside by Lou Reed and Mick Rock (the limited edition copies had a Lou Reed Estate Stamp), with only 350 Deluxe copies produced, this copy is number 207.
