HIGH TIDE Sea Shanties (Rare 1969 UK first issue 6-track stereo vinyl LP on the blue Liberty label, the debut album from the English rockers which was also one of the first albums to use violin as a rock instrument as played by Simon House [later with Hawkwind]. The mostly white Paul Whitehead-designed gatefold picture sleeve has a fantastic illustration printed across the inside spread and has some evidence of age discolouration, a little sticker residue to the front and shelfwear to the edges & spine however, the vinyl remains in wonderful condition with minimal evidence of play to show for its FIFTY plus year!
