French artist Michel Bernholc used the pseudonym Mike Steiphenson to adapt an old field recording of drummers from Burundi’s musical ensemble Ingoma Tribe, remixing it for the Disco crowd, this version was also remixed by Blitz club DJ Rusty Egan.
