Face, or a member of the Jeff Beck Group, Ronnie Wood flew the nest
aged just 17 with his first band, the Birds. Featuring cameos by
legends such as Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Rod Stewart and Pete
Townshend, Ronnie’s adventures on the road to superstardom were
handwritten in his private diary of 1965. Now, celebrating 50 years in
rock ’n’ roll, Ronnie Woodguides us through the pages of his
rediscovered journal. With his entertaining new commentary,
hand-drawn illustrations, and rare photos and memorabilia, Ronnie’s
trip through the Sixties is introduced by his Stones bandmate Charlie
Watts. The book is fully bound in leather with gilt tooling and page
edging, signed and hand numbered inside by Ronnie Wood,
limited to 1615 copies, with only 350 Deluxe copies, this copy is
number 207. Housed in a folding solander case, with a hidden
compartment housing a 7" Picture Disc single featuring two
versions of "How Can It Be?" from 1965 and the present day. This
edition also includes and signed and numbered 10" x 8" art print,
along with loose-leaf facsimile items, including a fold-out poster, night
club tickets and photographs. This is in a blue pull string custom
printed cloth bag, still in the original stickered & numbered mailer box
with a sealed copy of the standard release book along with promo
