39 LYON STREET Kites (1981 UK pink injection moulded 7" vinyl single, a one-off single project by The Associates who used an alternative name to excercise a clause in their contract with Warner. The title track has backing vocals by Billy while main vocals are by their friend Christine Beveridge however, the b-side 'A Girl Named Property' is recorded under their Associates name. The glossy picture sleeve has minimal evidence of ringwear while the vinyl remains in excellent condition RSO78)
