JOHN CALE Church Of Anthrax (Early 2000s US 5-track vinyl reissue on a dark red Columbia label of the 1971 LP, and the follow-up to Cale's 'Vintage Violence' from 1970, picture sleeve. Cale & Riley had previously worked together in the 60s in New York, as part of the burgeoning avant garde scene, this album highlights Riley's minimalist leanings, as well as Cale's aspirations to more orchestral arrangements. The sleeve and vinyl both apear 'as new' C30131)
