PETER HAMMILL Fool's Mate (1971 UK first pressing 12-track first solo LP by the Van Der Graaf front man on the pink 'scroll' Charisma label, a Van der Graaf album in all but name, as Peter is backed by fellow band members Guy Evans, Hugh Banton,Nic Potter & David Jackson, with Robert Fripp guesting on guitar, plus Rod Clements & Ray Jackson from Lindisfarne. The textured gatefold sleeve is Excellent with just a little paper scuffing around the edges & all text clearly legible. The colours are rich & vivid & the spine will look glorious on the shelf. The vinyl is graded Very Good with light scuffs & hairlines and a few spindle marks on the label - a nice copy at a great price CAS1037)
