This copy is housed in the original textured card picture sleeve printed by the E.J. Day Group with an 'i' logo and Basing Street address printed by the bottom edge on the reverse. The bottom right corner of the sleeve has been in contact with moisture and as a result has some light patches with a little paper loss to the front; the reverse also show a little fading on the corner. There is just a little ringwear visible at the top with the main image still clear & bright. The text on the spine is legible and all edges are free from splits of major scuffing.

The vinyl is in Excellent condition, fast approaching Near Mint - unblemished with a glorious 'just pressed' lustre. There is some minor crackle audible on 'Introduction', but this does not detract from the overall listening experience.

The matrix numbers are machine stamped into the 'dead wax' areas:
ILPS 9134 A-1U
ILPS 9134 B-1U

Both labels are beautifully clean with minimal spindle wear indicating very little play. The design of the labels on this 1972 issue are slightly different from the original in that the timings of the songs are bracketed and the publishing date is now followed by 'Island Records Ltd' text.

A stunning copy of this highly sought after pressing. Would make a great investment or addition to any serious collection!
