ANCIENT GREASE Women & Children First (Very Rare 1970 UK original 10-track LP, The brainchild of producer/writer, John Weathers [Gentle Giant], prepare for a low-down, sweaty Rock/Psych experience that very few have ever heard or owned. The picture sleeve is fully laminated with a vintage sale price sticker attached [this album simply struggled to find its audience on release]. The cover grades VG-, with corner creasing, some indentation marks & chipping to the laminate around theedges. The vinyl has been professionally cleaned & play tested. The labels appear Near Mint - the vinyl itself has a faint cosmetic reaction to the original poly bag visible both sides & would therefore be classed as VG. Play testing revealed no great loss in fidelity & there are only a few minor paper scuffs, otherwise it might normally be considered Excellent. This one has been highly sought after in recent years, sometimes fetching upwards of £350!)
