THE BAND Across The Great Divide (1994 Japanese Promo Sample 56-track 3-CD box set issued to reviewers and radio stations ahead of official release. This set has everything you want from the band, with healthy doses from each album over the first two discs, and a third disc of unreleased tracks, rarities and more including pre-Band recordings by the Hawks, collaborations with Bob Dylan, live tracks from the Woodstock and Watkins Glen festivals. All are housed in a superb 12" x 6" custom stickered picture box, plus extensive 48-page luxury liner notes by Chet Flippo and seperate lyric booklet TOCP-8243~45)
