MILES DAVIS Miles Davis & The Modern Jazz Giants (Very Rare 1958 US 5-track deep groove mono LP, on the black & yellow 'fireworks' Prestige label with 'Bergenfield N.J' address both sides & 'RVG' machine stamped in the run-outs. This vital piece of Miles history was recorded December 24th, 1954 & October 26th, 1956, with either Milt Jackson, Thelonious Monk, Percy Heath & Kenny Clarke, or John Coltrane, Red Garland, Paul Chambers & Philly Joe Jones. The pasted laminate picture sleeve is stunning Near Mint & impossible to beat. The heavyweight vinyl is Excellent with very few signs of play under a bright light. Highest recommendation PRLP7150)
