THE EDGAR BROUGHTON BAND Edgar Broughton Band (Rare 1971 South African first issue 9-track vinyl LP on the Harvest yellow & green label with 'Gramophone Co' perimeter text and no EMI boxed logo, superb Hipgnosis-designed textured gatefold picture sleeve with the Harvest & EMI logo on the front, lyrics on the inner spread & Interpak logo on the reverse. Due to the way the sleeves were manufactured, they were so easily prone to wear especially from South Africa, however this example isin really nice condition with just a little light wear to the edges without any splits or rips. The labels both remain very clean with very little signs of play, whilst the vinyl has only a few very light surface marks. This is certainly one that has been looked after, and the first example we have ever seen SHVLJ(D)791)
