STEVE HILLAGE Motivation Radio (1980s UK issue of the 1977 9-track vinyl LP - The third solo album from the former Gong guitarist, produced by American funk maestro Malcolm Cecil. Showcasing a more streamlined, groove-driven sound than his earlier cosmic explorations, the set features standout cuts including Motivation, Radio and the hypnotic Searching For The Spark. A superb period piece that captures Hillage at the peak of his late-’70s creativity, fusing space rock with funk-infused rhythms – a must for any progressive or psychedelic collection. The lightly textured picture sleeve shows very little wear and, aside from a few light paper scuffs, the vinyl is in excellent condition OVED32)
