BIG JIM SULLIVAN Sitar Beat (1968 US stereo 10-track 'deep groove' LP by the top British session guitar maestro, who took to studying the sitar in a serious way, although there's still much 60s beat a-go-go to wig out to here, including covers ofDonovan, Procol Harum & Beatles hits, among several originals. John Mclaughlin is also uncredited on guitar. Very hip looking textured and pasted sleeve with period deletion drill-hole and original company inner. The sleeve shows little wear& the vinyl looks barely played! SR-61137)
