The Headmasters Ritual

THE SMITHS The Headmasters Ritual (Ultra Rare 10" metal-based lacquer reference test pressing acetate for the 2008 Rhino UK limited edition 7" single release [originally Dutch-only with the catalogue number MD5295]. Cut into 10" discs, the acetate features both A & B sides [including Oscillate Wildly], with the handwritten matrix number in the centre of the disc. Housed in a 12" 'Heathmans Mastering' card sleeve with custom studio labels on the front printed with the title, recordcompany and pressing date of '21/9/2008'. The sleeve has just a 1" seam split along the top edge, otherwise mint. One of the ultimate gems of any Smiths collection)
