MOGWAI The Hawk Is Howling (2008 UK limited edition 2-disc set comprising a 10-track CD album; which, recorded with Andy Miller at Chemikal Underground and mixed by Gareth Jones at Castle Of Doom, sees Mogwai return to a totally instrumental landscape, with many songs coming in at around the eight minute mark; and includes the single 'Batcat' plus Bonus DVD featuring a film of the band by cult French filmmaker & blogotheque founder Vincent Moon and Teresa Eggers called 'Adelia,I Want To Love', as well as two videos of the 'Batcat' single; one from up and coming Warp Films director Dominic Hailstone and the other from Chilean animator Fernando Alberto Mena Rojas. Presented in deluxe hard card gatefold picture sleeve complete with artwork designed by Adrian Moffat)
