THE CLASH The Singles (2007 UK Sony/BMG 19-track promotional CD-R acetate album issued exclusively to reviewers and radio stations, released to promote the single disc CD version of their singles collection. From White Riot in 1977 to This Is England in 1985 this album has all 19 single releases by the band on one CD for the first time. Conceived by Clash members Mick Jones & Paul Simonon as a means of buying all the singles withoutthe fuss of bonus tracks and out takes. A slimmed down beast of a compilation.
