Tracklisting & More Information

The second album by the amazing Tim Buckley and one of my favourite albums of all time, with it's period Psyche sensibilities not overcoming the magnificent songwriting or unique voice.
You may have heard 'Once I Was' on the soundtrack of the film 'Coming Home' that was as perfect a choice for the scene as 'The End' in 'Apocalypse Now'.
It is also notable for 'I Never Asked To Be Your Mountain', which is the only song of his father's that Jeff ever performed.

The sleeve is actually that rarest of the rare, a Mono sleeve with the familiar gold 'Stereo' sticker of the time. This identifies it firmly as one of the very first Stereo issues as the Mono sleeve bit the dust on all subsequent pressings.

Being fully laminated, the sleeve shows very little shelfwear & just a little lift at the spine where the laminate has shrunk in the intervening half a century.
The vinyl is in wonderful condition with few signs of play at all and has retained its sheen indicating sparing play on good equipment.

Nobody should be without a copy of this album and this is a particularly fine copy. It's been no fewer than eighteen years since we last had one.
