16th April 2000 at the Riverside Theatre in Milwaukee,
Wisconsin. Comes housed in a lightly textured &
spot-lacquered tri-fold picture sleeve with glossy picture
inners & circular mailing postcard. Despite a small corner
bump & the odd light crease, the sleeve is otherwise Excellent
& the vinyl is clean & in Excellent condition with just a faint
paper hairline not affecting play. Limited to just
