A FEW OF THE MOST RECENT ITEMS WE WANT...

DEEP PURPLE In Rock (1985 UK limited edition 7-track Picture Disc issue of their classic 1970 LP, gatefold pocket PVC sleeve with hype sticker attached, complete with bonus 19" x 29" fold-out Jon Lord poster EJ2603430)

Tracklisting: 1. Speed King 2. Blood Sucker 3. Child In Time 4. Flight Of The Rat 5. Into The Fire 6. Living Wreck 7. Hard Lovin' Man
THE BEATLES Help! (1965 UK first issue black & yellow Parlophone label 14-track stereo LP, with 'Gramophone Co' & 'Sold In The UK' credits on the label and Garrod & Lofthouse front laminated flipback picture sleeve with outlined stereo logo &'Patents Pending' text on the bottom flip PCS3071)
See 'More Info' for further details...

Tracklisting: The vinyl shows few signs of play, almost free of spindle wear and with just the odd light surface scuff, which has little to no affect on play. The vinyl retains its original sheen and the labels are bright, clear & free from any writing. Upon playgrading, the quality of this original press shines through & it retains the punch and clarity of fifty+ years ago, with background noise kept to an absolute minimum. The vinyl is in EX+ condition. The all important matrices are YEX168-1 & YEX169-1, indicating a first pressing. Complete with 'Emitex' lined inner. The sleeve was manufactured by Garrod & Lofthouse. EJ Day did not produce any sleeves for Help. The front and back of the sleeve show just a little foxing and minor edgewear, but has clear and bold text and intact flipbacks, grading as EX-. The top and bottom edges of the spine are 'pinched', as they should have been back in '65, with rounded ended flipbacks. The lower flipback has 'Patents Pending' text and the coded date 6509, which confirms a first stereo issue. A lovely example of this must have in very healthy EX condition. Tracklisting :- 01. Help! 02. The Night Before 03. You've Got To Hide Your Love Away 04. I Need You 05. Another Girl 06. You're Going To Lose That Girl 07. Ticket To Ride 08. Act Naturally 09. It's Only Love 10. You Like Me Too Much 11. Tell Me What You See 12. I've Just Seen A Face 13. Yesterday 14. Dizzy Miss Lizzy
GENESIS A Trick Of The Tail (1976 UK 8-track LP on the small 'Mad Hatter' label with 'Phonogram' perimeter text, the first album to feature Phil on lead vocals following Peter Gabriel's departure, including the brilliant Squonk, Robbery Assault &Battery & the instrumental closer Los Endos, textured gatefold sleeve with 'Robor' credit inside plus illustrated inner. The sleeve shows only light signs of age wear, the inner looks near as new and the vinyl remains barely played CDS4001)

Tracklisting: 1. Dance On A Volcano 2. Entangled 3. Squonk 4. Mad Man Moon 5. Robbery, Assult & Battery 6. Ripples 7. A Trick Of The Tail 8. Los Endos
