This copy was obtained from a collector who bought all the Beatles albums, singles, and EPs on the day of release. Many of which were stored away and never played - this copy of Abbey Road is one such example.
The sleeve:
An incredible Mint condition example, super clean and still retaining a wonderfully bright high-gloss laminate fifty-three years on, no laminate rippling and sharp corners and spine. The opening edges are perfectly straight with no wear at all. Are we able to find fault? A miniscule 'bump' to the top right corner and one tiny laminate crease - that's it! The best example we've ever seen - a real time-warp example with definitely no need to upgrade.
The Vinyl:
Mint condition - no marks, no faint hairlines and no spindle wear. Most likely unplayed. |

'Everclean' Wine Red
Vinyl, housed in a unique gatefold picture
sleeve featuring a slighty dark cover image, with integral
eight-page illustrated lyric booklet, jet black die-cut company
inner & the 'Best!' orange & yellow obi-strip. The sleeve & obi
both display minimal signs of wear or age, the labels remain
very clean and the vinyl has minimal signs of play. A really
nice example of this hard to find pressing, the first copy of
this variant we have seen! AP-8678)

 | SEX PISTOLS Anarchy In The UK (Debut 26 November 1976 UK first
press 7" single, also featuring 'I Wanna Be Me' - an essential
Punk/Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame disc. This is the first issue that
miscredits Chris Thomas both sides of the label [subsequent pressings
had the Dave Goodman credit added for the B-Side after he
threatened to sue!], housed in the original black sleeve, of which it is
said that only 2000 [possibly 5000] ever made it to the shops. The
delicate sleeve is usuallyfound in poor condition, this example has
survived remarkably well with light ring wear & some wear along the
top edge in places, the flip backs on the rear panel are secure and
undamaged. The labels are clean & the original four-prong centre is
intact. The vinyl is in stunning Near Mint condition. A superb copy.
