A FEW OF THE MOST RECENT ITEMS WE WANT...


THE STRANGLERS The Collection 1977-1982 (Rare 1982 UK 14-track red label vinyl LP test pressing for the compilation album, this has plain red labels with no print or writting, and has stamped 'LBG 30353 A-2-1-1-' / 'LBG 30353 B-1-1-1-' matrices.But that is not all, this example comes with a wraparound proof sleeve for the withdrawn picture sleeve, featuring the band name across the front with a black background and red album title at the top, this can be found on Greek & German pressings, the back is clearly printed again using different artwork but with the UK catalogue number 'LBG 30353' present. The sleeve displays the usual general wear but with no rips, whilst the vinyl looks barely played. This was is from an ex EMI employee’s collection, who worked closely with the record label, their many artists and other labels, a fantastic example with the rare artwork, the first we have seen!)

BOB DYLAN Street Legal (Super Rare Vintage 1978 US original instore promotional display, measuring 22" tall & 12" wide - this card display remains flat & unfolded in the middle with unused side flaps, & was never used for its intended purpose asa "now in stock" streamer, window or wall flat as part of the promotional campaign for Bob's eighteenth studio album. With tinted colours in striking brown & beige, a large 'New' flash at the top, song hype along the bottom right hand side & printed info on the rear with instructions for the store "to use as backer-card in step-downs, end-caps, browsers... & place behind record albums", this rare display flat is now 39 years old & still near mint!)
BEACH BOYS Surf's Up (1973 UK second issue of the 1971 10-track LP on a two EMI box logo Stateside label, housed in a textured picture sleeve with fold-out illustrated lyric insert. The sleeve shows minimal age wear & the vinyl is Excellent withlight play only SSL10313)
