A FEW OF THE MOST RECENT ITEMS WE WANT...

THE CURE Three Imaginary Boys (Debut 1979 UK first press 12-track LP with picture labels, A/1 & B/1 stamped matrices & 'STRAWBERRY' & 'THE GATWICK SOUND' etched in the run-out groove. This collector's copy comes complete with the illustrated inner [later issues had an insert] & the very limited picture postcard. The picture sleeve is still in the original open shrinkwrap, which has stuck to the gloss over time, with the period offer price sticker attached as well as the earliest '18.5.79' dated price sticker [album release: 11 May 1979] we have seen! The vinyl is Excellent to Near Mint with few signs of play FIX1)

THE BEATLES With The Beatles (Extremely rare 1963 UK Decca contract pressing 14-track mono LP with 'The Parlophone Co' label text and 'Dominion Belinda' credit for Money, 'Emitex' inner & front laminated flipback G&L picture sleeve. These weresubcontracted pressings made to cope with the incredible demand & have a noticable label ridge 15mm in from the outer edge PMC1206)
See 'More Info' for further details on condition ....

Tracklisting: Contrary to common opinion, there were only two albums that Decca pressed for Parlophone, mono copies of 'Please Please Me' & 'With The Beatles'. They are easy to identify because they were all the 'deep groove' variety label with a noticable groove about half an inch from the outer circumference of the label. This is one such copy. The labels are the familiar black with yellow logo & silver print, with 'Parlophone Co' perimeter text, 'Recording First Published' & the 'Dominion Belinda' credit for 'Money'. The earlier error of 'Gotta' had been corrected by this time. Condition: The vinyl remains in excellent condition with just a few very light scuffs to show for its age with minimal impact on the play quality of this well looked after 60's press. The sleeve is Garrod & Lofthouse printed with round ended flipbacks and still with the uncorrected 'You Really Gotta Hold On Me' text on the back. The sleeve itself shows a little light creasing to the laminate but the flips are secure & the spine still clearly readable. The unlaminated back has yellowed a bit with age & has a previous owners name neatly written in the top right corner. All in all, a fantastic copy of this rare variant at an advantageous price! Tracklisting: 01. It Won't Be Long 02. All I've Got to Do 03. All My Loving 04. Don't Bother Me 05. Little Child 06. Till There Was You 07. Please Mr. Postman 08. Roll over Beethoven 09. Hold Me Tight 10. You've Really Got a Hold on Me 11. I Wanna Be Your Man 12. Devil in Her Heart 13. Not a Second Time 14. Money
