Condition :-
The front laminated 'Garrod & Lofthouse' sleeve has '6811' dated flipbacks. Due to the unlaminated reverse, there Is a degree of yellowing to the reverse opening edge with some noticable ring wear and light creases to the front. The sleeve has no rips or tears and the flipbacks remain excellent. All text remains clear and legible. All in all a Excelllent condition example & a pleasing, serviceable copy.
The labels are the desirable black & blue variety, with 'Sold In UK' & 'Gramophone Co' text. The matrices in the dead wax read:
Side 1 : XAX 3706 - 1
Side 2 : XAX 3707 - 1
The vinyl displays a few faint hairlines to both playing surfaces but all in all sound sgreat with no pops or clicks howerver there is a light ambient hiss between tracks. A very respectable VG disc that sounds incredible despite it's age. Highly Recommended! |
