This second UK pressing can be distinguished from later presses by the fact that there are no Warner Brothers logos on the sleeve.
The tracklisting insert & inners are thick card, not paper.
The inners are marked SSK89400/A & SSK89400/B.
The insert has 'Sleeve printed and made in England by Gothic Print Finishers' and '484 Kings Road' address.
The only difference between this and the first issue is the inclusion of the Warner Brothers logo on the labels.
Condition :-
The sleeve shows just a little light shelfwear & a bit of corner scuffing.
The original fold-out card tracklisting insert is stiff card and shows just a little light age yellowing, even after nearly forty years.
Vinyl :-
This remains in fantastic near 'as new' condition with little sign of play.
A nice copy at a fraction of the price of a 'first' pressing, even though the only difference is a small logo on the label. |

Originally released December 18, 2020, McCartney III is the third in a trilogy of home-made self-titled albums that began with Paul’s milestone 1970 solo debut McCartney, and continued in 1980 with the bold, experimental McCartney II. All three albums were written, performed and produced by Paul in varying states of isolation, all showcasing his unique creativity and inspired spontaneity.
