mono vinyl LP on the black & yellow Parlophone label, with
'The Gramophone Co.' & 'Sold In The UK' text. Housed in the
rare Ernest J. Day front laminated flipback picture sleeve
variant. The matrices both end -1, indicating that this is the
earliest & hard to find LOUD CUT variant PMC1267)

The Ernest J. Day sleeve shows light discolouration to the unlaminated reverse with a spot of light creasing leaving it Very Good.

The vinyl remains in fantastic VG condition with faint surface scuffs and light hairlines visible. Although obviously used, this copy has been reasonably well looked after with spindle marks around the centre hole and no real paper loss - A very respectable example which still holds up well.
Thanks to the deep grooves & heavyweight '60s vinyl, these blemishes are mostly cosmetic in nature. The sonics are still clear & bright, with background noise kept to a minimum & just the odd light click in places.
All in all an extremely respectable, very playable, copy of this desirable first UK 'Loud Cut' pressing at a seriously advantageous price!

shows recorded & partially filmed by MGM. All the concerts
have been either mixed or remixed & digitally mastered to
provide theultimate audio experience. The original 1970 RCA
album is expanded with the four single sides from the period
& a selection of 'fly-on-the-wall' outtakes from the June
Nashville sessions that produced the majority of tracks for
the album. Completing the audio section, a separate disc of
insightful rehearsal highlights showcases both the hard work
& playful atmosphere that governed Elvis' relationship with
his musicians. It also includes a lavish 80-page color booklet
with rare photos, memorabilia, recording data & insightful
