MEDICINE HEAD New Bottles Old Medicine (Very scarce 1970 UK 14-track debut LP on Dandelion, produced by John Peel, 'Pig' & friends, recorded in a single two-hour session & including 'His Guiding Hand', which Peel kept in his famous treasure box, once describing it as "the cheapest single ever made & one of the classic records of all time". This is a one owner copy. The front laminated picture sleeve shows only the very lightest shelfwear with a bit of scuffing at the opening & is as good as it gets. The vinyl is stunning near 'as new')

LIGHTNIN' HOPKINS Down Home Blues (Rare 1965 UK 1st issue mono 9-track vinyl LP on the black and green Stateside label with 'Sold in U.K.' text, front laminated picture sleeve. Wonderful set, originally released in the US on Prestige in '64, often cited as the bluesmasters finest work with some stellar guitar work throughout with assistance from metronomic drummer [Herbie Lovelle] and bassist [Leonard Gaskin]. The sleeve is graded Excellent with just a little discolouration to thereverse, otherwise strong secure flipbacks, uncreased spine and nice bright sheen to the front image, the vinyl too grades Excellent with just some spindle wear and a some very faint hairlines to indicate play - this is the first copy we've ever offered for sale too! ELVIS PRESLEY Speedway (Rare original 1968 UK 12-track 'red spot' RCA Mono soundtrack vinyl LP including a duet with Nancy Sinatra, front laminated picture sleeve with a pinched spine design. Despite being over fifty years old this album remainsin fantastic condition with little sign of age RD7957)

Tracklisting: The labels are RCA black labels with a Red Spot, these were issued between 1964 and 1968. All albums with this label design are original issues. The print on the labels is silver and clearly legible with minimal spindling. The matrix numbers in the run out groove are machine stamped. The numbers are as follows: Side One - WPRM 1034-1L Side Two - WPRM 1035-1L The labels have a few spindle marks to show it has been played a few times, however the vinyl remains excellent with only a few very light cosmetic marks. The front laminated picture sleeve displays minimal wear, with just a couple of light creases, the non-laminated back shows only light signs of age. A fantastic example!
