A FEW OF THE MOST RECENT ITEMS WE WANT...
| JOHNNY MOPED Cycledelic (First Press 1978 UK LP from the
legendary Croydon band on the Chiswick label featuring
12-tracks (13 if you can find the 'mystery' track...) of
undiluted punk/pub/psychedelic rock lunacy including
co-written tracks &aguest appearance by long-time cohort, &
by then Damned bassist, Captain Sensible. One of the great
lost albums from that era in its original laminated picture
sleeve and complete with family tree/picture inner. The
picture sleeve shows minimalwear with a little foxing to the
inner & the vinyl look barely played with only a couple of light
hairline marks from the card inner. Essential isn't even
close...)
Tracklisting: Side One:
0. Mystery Track (Overlaps With Track 1)
1. V.D. Boiler
2. Panic Button
3. Little Queenie
4. Maniac
5. Darling, Let's Have Another Baby
6. Groovy Ruby
Side Two:
7. 3D Time
8. Wee Wee
9. Make Trouble
10. Wild Breed
11. Hell Razor
12. Incendiary Device
The opening track had 'concentric grooves' whereby you either got VD Boiler or the 'Mystery Track' depending on where the needle met the vinyl when you teed it up. Cool uh...
The album is in near mint condition all-round with the exception of one tiny sticker mark in the top right hand corner of the outer sleeve.
Complete with superb inner sleeve, classic 'Chiswick map' labels and A-1 / B-1 matrices. |
