A mere handful of each acetate would have been manufactured for reference purposes only. This disc has a generic 'Bernie Grundman Mastering' studio label with typewritten artist and tracklisting details dated 10/28/88, comes housed in a hand-annotated Bernie Grundman Mastering custom sleeves, also dated29th October 1988 [approximately a month prior to release]. Acetates were very prone to wear and are usually found heavily scuffed and marked - this look unplayed!)
