out why John Lennon was such a big fan! Typical of its US
manufacture, the pasted sleeve has some paper splitting at
the edges, particularly along the spine, which is not
uncommon for American sleeves of this vintage & easily
forgiveable for such a key record, whilst the vinyl is Excellent
with little sign of play; this is a gorgeous example & comes

The new, re-recorded version of 1989 is out October 27, 2023. The album has four separate versions of the back cover photo.
