A FEW OF THE MOST RECENT ITEMS WE WANT...

DAVID BOWIE Space Oddity (Special 2020 UK/EU limited edition 9-track Picture Disc LP version of the 1972 edition of the DAVID BOWIE album retitled as SPACE ODDITY. The Picture Disc features the iconic Ziggy Stardust era artwork and comes with a replica of the poster which was part of the package at the time. The audio source is from the 2009 40th anniversary remaster which was undertaken to match as closely as possible the original vinyl issue. The die-cut picture sleeve remains factory sealed with a poster hype sticker on the front)

Tracklisting: A limited edition picture disc replicating the 1972 RCA edition of Space Oddity. The disc features the Mick Rock shots that were used on the front and back of the original sleeve, albeit in much better quality due to him supplying new scans of the negatives. The pictures were taken at Bowie’s then home, Haddon Hall, in the spring of 1972. The album also comes with a replica of the cover image poster which was part of the package at the time. The back sleeve image was taken in Zowie Bowie's (Duncan Jones) pink bedroom. Along with The Man Who Sold The World, the November 1972 edition of Space Oddity was repackaged for the new Bowie audience to make available the increasingly hard to find Philips and Mercury originals. This picture disc features the 2009 40th anniversary remaster of the album, which was undertaken to match as closely as possible to the original vinyl issue. A1. Space Oddity A2. Unwashed And Somewhat Slightly Dazed A3. Letter To Hermione A4. Cygnet Committee B1. Janine B2. An Occasional Dream B3. The Wild Eyed Boy From Freecloud B4. God Knows I’m Good B5. Includes the singles Glitter and Trauma, My Recovery Injection, and There's No Such Thing as a Jaggy Snake. It also features 6 b-sides tracks, housed in a gatefold picture sleeve with lyric printed inners.
