NICK DRAKE Fruit Tree (Rare 1986 UK/French-pressed 46-track FOUR LP box set, released with additional content to the Island original. Comprises the classic albums, Five Leaves Left, Bryter Layter, Pink Moon & the 14-track collection, Time Of No Reply, which includes ten previously unreleased recordings & easily the best of the unreleased material. This edition is housed in a unique lilac [not blue] bordered 12" square picture box, with each album housed in their own respective picturesleeve reproducing the original artwork, complete with a beautiful 16-page biography/lyric booklet that includes an essay by Arthur Lubow. The packaging shows some noticable scuffing,edgewear and a split to the right hand side of the box and the inners,although slightly creased(due to the nature of the delicate design), have no splits or tears whilst the vinyl remains Excellent with few signs of play. Overall an excellent collection of these iconic releases and priced accordingly-Essential HNBX5302)
