 | THE KINKS Lola Versus Powerman And The Moneyground - Part 1
(1970 first UK issue 13-track stereo vinyl LP on the powder blue &
black Pye label. This album was something of a departure for the
band, more rock sounding with the lyrics offering abitter sweet
overview of the life of the working musician/band, it also includes the
classic 'Lola' too, gatefold matt picture sleeve with lyrics across the
inner spread. The sleeve on this copy is strictly graded VG with a smal
area of paperloss[most probably caused by the hasty removal of a
price sticker],some ring wear and spine wear, however, it remains fully
intact, the vinyl shows some spindle wear but only light signs of play
overall and is graded Excellent - overall a more than acceptable copy,
hard to find in any shape! NSPL18359)

 | GARY NUMAN Cars (1979 French promotional only vinyl 12"
also including Airlane, this also inlcludes Dirty Water and The
Walk by The Inmates, housed in a WEA die-cut card sleeve.
The company sleeve appears to have many indentations from
a ballpoint pen upon close inspectation but retains the
original radio stamp which is also present on the labels. The
vinyl grades VG showing a few light cosmetic marks, none of
which can be felt to the touch and should have no real impact
on play.A great Numan curio! PRO508) |
 | BOB DYLAN Love And Theft - 1st (Rare 2001 US 12-track
double LP, the 31st album release from the musical icon,
proving that age is no barrier to making great records when
you have talent as huge as his, single pocket deluxe glossy
picture sleeve with illustrated credit inners. The only sign of
wear are the inners which show two splits on one and only one
on the other, the discs have been placed in rice paper inner
sleeves to avoid any further splits. The sleeve remains in its
origi #Top 500 Greatest Albums Of All Timenal open shrink which retains both of the original
hype-stickers, the vinyl shows only a few ultra-fine cosmetic
marks, though these appear to be from manufacturing rather
than handling and have no impact on play. Overall a stunning
example of this scarce first pressing, with examples like this
becoming increasingly hard to find in the wild C285975)
