archivist Wouter Bessels and includes long anticipated new
remasters of their first seven albums, plus single tracks,
alternate mixes, demos, raw studio mixes and previously

 | IRON MAIDEN The Soundhouse Tapes (Mega rare genuine
original UK 3-track Rock Hard Records label 7" vinyl EP,
released on the 9th November 1979 and features three songs
taken from the 'Spaceward' demo tape. The songs were
recorded by the band on New Year's Eve 1978/79 and
includes Iron Maiden, Invasion and Prowler, two of the tracks
appear on their first album with a more polished sound whilst
Invasion would become the B-Side to the 'Women In Uniform'
single, the versions on this EPThis example comes with the original top opening heavy card flipback picture sleeve with a curve cut out on the back ROK1)
See 'More Info' for further details ...arein a more raw form. This was
also the only recording to feature the band as a four piece,
with Paul Di'Anno on Vocals, Dave Murray guitar, Steve Harris
bass guitar and Doug Sampson drums.

This particular EP is one of the most sought after NWOBHM items, with lots of fakes flooding the marking, so I hear you asking, how can I be sure that the item I am purchasing from you is the genuine article.
Well there are a few things to keep a look out for, here are some of the key points.
The sleeve is made from a heavy smooth card, with orange-coloured background with the name "Iron Maiden" on top, a picture of Steve Harris and Paul Di'Anno taken during a concert, and the title "The Sound house Tapes" below, with all three aligned at the center of the cover. It also has flipback's to the left & right with a curved cut-out on the back (please see our images)
This will only be on black vinyl with a red paper style labels. Test on the paper are all in black.
The matrix details are etched into the run-out groove as follow:

Condition
The sleeve has some light general wear with some light ringwear & a couple of light creases, but has no rips, splits or any writting.
The labels are clean with very little signs of spindle marks to the holes.
The vinyl has a few light cosmetic surface scuffs but plays without any problems and still sounds amazing.
Overall an excellent copy of this legendary item, must have for any fans collection.
