The Earliest Matrix Numbers: XEX 503-3N XEX 504-3N Sleeve :- The fully laminated gatefold picture sleeve with outline mono logo on the front & pinched spine is nothing short of stunning. The colours are deep & rich, the laminate is clean with no lift or damage. Although the front of the sleeve is prone to excessive creasing, this copy shows only a couple of small ones along the spine & back, only the very lightest of natural "lip curling". The spine is undamaged, the pinched ends remain intact with the text clearly readable & the inside diagonal cut flipbacks secure. Vinyl : - Housed in a crisp original "Use Emitex" Tracing-paper-lined inner bag, the condition of the vinyl is excellent, with only light surface scuffs, this has been played a number of times but nothing excessive and still sounds really outstanding, care was obviously taken by the previous owner. Clean copies of this album are becoming increasingly hard to find. Although not mint it is still a really nice one owner copy of the 1964 original.
