PINK FLOYD 9th National Jazz & Blues festival 1969 (Superb official programme for the Festival held August 1969 at the Plumpton Race Track in East Sussex. Another typically chaotic piece of 1960's organization with power cuts & water shortages coupled with blisteringly hot weather.
