ROBERT JOHNSON 1936-1937 - Classic Jazz Masters (1962 UK
16-track mono vinyl LP, on a black & silver 'rough' textured
Philips label. This was the first UK Robert Johnson album, &
was tremendously influential to the Rolling Stones, Eric
Clapton& many others. It features the same tracks as the US
album, King of the Delta Blues Singers, but with a different
gatefold cover. The sleeve is in excellent condition with light
storage wear to the edges visible (mainly to the spine, with a
little laminate peeling), whilst the vinyl is super clean with
only minimal cosmetic storage wear to show for its 60 years!
